Very improved loading behavior.

Added a list which shows all associations where the selected topic plays a role. A double-click to that list item will immediately switch to association window.

This release comes also with improved visualization. Now can can see which node acts as topic type.

A new version is published with improved visualization, faster drawing and some bugfixes. For those who have already downloaded the large package, it should be enough to get the standalone executable and unzip it into the program directory.
